      Complete Vertical Lifting Solutions

Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors move materials in factories, warehouses, industrial plants, institutions

or anywhere that products or supplies need to move from one level to another. Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors are not elevators. In fact, they have their own national code (ANSI/ASME B20.1) and are specifically exempt from the national elevator code. Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors provide fast, efficient, convenient and safe access to/from mezzanines, balconies, basements, and between levels in multiple story buildings. They can be installed for through-floor, interior or exterior applications. The principal components of Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors include guide columns, carriage and a mechanical or hydraulic actuating mechanism.

Mechanical Lifts

Mechanical Vertical Lifts/ Series B

Ideal for lifting boxes, totes, cartons, barrels, sacks, cases, individual parts or miscellaneous items. Moves loads to mezzanines and between floors.

Completely self-contained, self-supporting and economical to own. Durable, high quality construction ensures safe, reliable long-term performance.

Capacity of 300 or 500 lbs. with 3' x 3' carriage. Travel speeds of 20-40 fpm.

Mechanical motor/gear reducer with frequency drive provides soft start and soft stop. Carriage decelerates to stop position which extends brake life.

Modular design for easy installation and minimal maintenance.

Unit ships in modular sections pre-wired with “quick-connect” wiring.

Allows loading and unloading from three sides at each level.

Access gates are provided at each level and interlocked with lift operation. Gates are modular and can be configured to hinge right and lock left or hinge left and lock right.

Built-in, advanced safety features protect workers and materials.

Unlike similar lifts in the industry Series B Lift is ASME B20.1 Code compliant.

Mechanical Vertical Lifts/ Series F

Series F Lift Offers Maximum Capacity, Rugged 4-Post Design For The Heaviest Lifting Applications.

Lifts heavy, bulky, oversized loads up to 50,000 lbs. and more.

Transports multiple pallet loads, large carts and heavy machinery between two or more levels.

Offers maximum flexibility in carriage size, capacity and traffic patterns. Loading and unloading from all four sides.

Engineered to meet your exact application requirements. Unlimited vertical rise. Travel speeds up to 400 fpm.

Carriage is lifted and lowered by heavy roller chains attached to a mechanical lifting mechanism.

Heavy-duty construction provides superior strength, reliability and long-term performance.

Built-in, advanced safety features protect workers and materials. Access gates at each level are interlocked with lift operation.

Available with patented DeckLock system that provides additional security at critical upper levels.

Meets ANSI/ASME B20.1 code.

Mechanical Vertical Lifts/ Series M

Series M Lift Offers High Performance And Durability With A Proven 2-Post Mechanical Design.

Designed to transport large, heavy loads between two or more levels. Ideal for high-cycle, automated systems or frequent-use applications.

Lifts up to 8,000 lb. loads with carriage sizes up to 10' x 12'. Vertical rise to 200'. Travel speeds up to 400 fpm.

Engineered to meet your exact application and height requirements.

Carriage is lifted and lowered by heavy roller chain attached to a mechanical lifting mechanism.

Heavy-duty construction provides superior strength, reliability and long-term performance.

Built-in, advanced safety features protect workers and materials. Access gates at each level are interlocked with lift operation.

Available with patented DeckLock system that provides additional security at critical upper levels.

Offered with straddle or cantilever carriages.

Meets ANSI/ASME B20.1 code

Hydraulic

Hydraulic Vertical Lifts/ Series 21

Series 21 Lift Provides Efficient, Safe Vertical Handling for Loads Up To 6,000 Lbs.

Adaptable for mezzanines, through-floor, inside or outside applications. Customized to meet your exact needs.

Quality construction with 6" wide flange columns, oversized bearings and heavy roller chain ensures strength, durability and long-lasting performance.

Carriage is lifted and lowered by two hydraulic cylinders mounted on the guide columns.

Lifts loads up to 6,000 lbs. Carriage sizes to 10' x 10'. Vertical rise heights to 22'. Available in straddle or cantilever styles.

Torsion bar links the two hydraulic cylinders to equalize the load and ensure the carriage remains level at all times.

Optional quick-connect cabling for push-button stations and gate interlocks is available to significantly reduce field-wiring costs. (Check local codes for conformity.)

Available with patented DeckLock system that automatically locks carriage at critical upper levels and eliminates carriage bounce or drift.

Built-in, advanced safety features protect workers and materials. Access gates at each level are interlocked with lift operation.

Velocity fuses prevent uncontrolled carriage descent in the unlikely event of a total hydraulic hose rupture.

Meets ANSI/ASME B20.1 code.

Hydraulic Vertical Lifts/ Series D

Series D Lift Offers High Quality and Safety, Low Maintenance, Features Exclusive Dual-Pak Design.

Guided Dual-Pak design has no cables, chains, bearings or other components that can break or require lubrication.

Carriage is lifted and lowered by dual 2" ram direct-acting hydraulic cylinders.

Lifts loads up to 3,000 lbs. Carriage sizes to 6' x 6'. Vertical rise heights to 14'. Ideal for mezzanine and balcony applications.

Pressure-compensated control valve regulates flow of hydraulic oil to ensure smooth, constant lowering speed under any load.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene cylinder guide prevents cylinders from twisting during operation, improves cylinder life.

Pressure switch prevents the carriage from drifting or sinking to ensure smoother, safer loading and unloading operations.

Standard quick-connect cabling for push-button stations and gate interlocks is provided, significantly reducing field-wiring costs. (Check local codes for conformity.)
