Transfer Cars
Transfer cars are used in conjuction with our conveying equipment. A typical application makes use of a conveyorized deck that is attached to a mobile base. Transfer cars can traverse automatically under the control of a PLC or can be used in a hand-push application lean manufacturing operations. |

- Positive pneumatic lift mechanism
- Large diameter rotation ring bearing with pneumatic 90° rotation
- Four (4) proximity switches pre-mounted with 3 meter QD cables, proximity switches used to sense: lowered position, raised position, 0° rotation, and 90° rotation.

Pallet Stackers/Dispensers
FRAME: Welded structure steel frame with heavy gauge steel.
MAGAZINE: Steel lined with structural steel support channels on three sides, standard magazine 8’ high, 15 pallet capacity.
Loading / unloading of stacks of pallets is available @ 90° or 180° from in-feed / exit of drag chain conveyor.
FINGERS: Pneumatically operated pallet holding fingers
LIFT: Electrically driven hydraulic lift table to lift and lower stacks of pallets as required for stacking or dispensing of pallets.
CONTROLS: PLC controlled with devices pre-mounted and wired to control enclosure for automatic and manual operation
CONVEYOR: Dual strand drag chain conveyor mounted internal to unit with C-frame motor and reducer, Conveyor extends 2’-6” outside
unit, Conveyor elevation 18” top of chain.
PALLETS: Unit capable of stacking or dispensing a consistent single size pallet. Pallets must be in good condition, stable and be
designed to allow for holding fingers to enter from both sides between the pallets bottom and top boards.
PAINT:ALBA standard blue, with safety yellow chain guards.
